FAQ

1. How long does shipping take?

- My typical rate of processing your order is 1-3 days minus exceptions or holidays. 

Overall transit time varies by country or area - please refer the the shipping guide for approximate times.

Please know that I am a team of just one that designs, creates, inspects, packs and ships your goodies to you! In a busy week I may go past these times, but I ask that you please have some patience with me as I work hard to get your awesome stuff to you! I will send you an email once your shipment has been mailed and with tracking (if purchased).


2. What does "Pre-order" mean? How does it affect my order?

-When you preorder something, it means that you're reserving a spot for a pin that is currently in production or soon will be in production. 

Pre-order fulfillment can vary from 4-10 weeks on average. It is a big gap, but manufacturers can vary in speed, as well as quality. If there are any quality issues found, this also may affect the time it takes for you to receive your order.

Pre-order listings will always have the term "pre-order" in the title and description. Preorders are also discounted, and will not be available after pre-orders close for an item.

NOTE: If funding is not received, or there aren't enough orders for a pre-order product, that product may be cancelled. If you purchased this listing, you will be refunded your total purchase price.

3. Do you take Returns or Exchanges?

- I do not accept returns. However, if there's an issue with your order, please email me and we can discuss.

4. Do you offer wholesaling/bulk purchasing?

-Typically, no. This is because a lot of my designs are limited edition, and I want everyone that is interested to be able to have a chance at owning a design that they love. 

I ask that orders are kept below 3 items per person. This helps with making sure that reselling/scalping is kept controlled and that the people who want the design are able to get them.

5. Can I resell one of your items (Facebook, Mercari, etc.) ?

- Of course, Your items are your to do what you please with them. I only ask that you credit me when you are selling the item.

You are not, however, permitted to sell my designs under another business name as your own. If found doing so, I will take appropriate actions against you. 

6. Do you combine shipping on orders? Can you combine my orders?

- Yes! Please email me to let me know and I will combine them for you 🥰

In some cases I may not be able to combine orders (ie. If one was already shipped, or one item was a pre-order). Either way, please email me and we can see what can be done. 

7. Will you be restocking (item) ?

- Maybe, maybe not.

If the item is stated as Limited Edition (or LE for short) that design will not be restocked. 

I may restock items based on overall demand. If you're curious if something will be restocked in the future, email me and let's chat!
